Custom apps for your business,
built monthly.

HAWZ is a product team in a subscription. We design, build, host, and evolve custom software that moves your workflows forward — one weekly release at a time.

Why HAWZ

Off-the-shelf software wasn't built for how you work.

You've duct-taped five SaaS tools to half-solve one workflow. Your team lives in spreadsheets. HAWZ replaces the patchwork with one custom app that fits your business like it was made for it — because it was.

Built to your process

We sit down with your founders and the people actually doing the work — understand what slows them down, what they'd love to have — then ship an app that matches, not a template you bend around.

Evolves weekly

Every Friday you get a new release. New field, new automation, new report — no change orders, no tickets lost in a backlog.

Hosting included

We run it on enterprise-grade infrastructure. 99.9% uptime target, daily backups, encryption at rest — all in the subscription. See our SLA.

Concierge support

A named product lead. Same-day responses. A Slack channel with the humans who actually built your app.

Your data, your app

Full export, anytime. You own the data, the designs, and a clean path off if the day ever comes.

No engineers required

Flat monthly price, no hiring, no scoping meetings, no contractors. You describe the pain — we ship the fix.

The process

From first call to shipped app in about two weeks.

  1. 01

    Workflow audit

Short 1:1 conversations with your founders and the people actually doing the work. We ask what slows them down, what they'd love to have, and where the friction is. We come back with a map of your workflow and the three highest-leverage apps we'd build first.

  2. 02

    Early prototype

You see a clickable prototype within days — not weeks. Poke it, tell us where it's wrong, we adjust before we build the real thing.

  3. 03

    Launch & onboard

We deploy to your custom domain, migrate your data, and train your team in a single afternoon.

  4. 04

    Ship weekly, forever

Every Friday, a new release goes out. Priorities adjust as your business does. No project ever "ends."

The platform

One subscription. The full product team.

Design that doesn't feel like line-of-business software.

Your team is going to live in this app 40 hours a week. It should feel as good as the consumer apps they use at home. Our designers obsess over the details so your team actually wants to open it.

  • Custom brand & visual system
  • Accessibility baked in (WCAG 2.2 AA)
  • Mobile, desktop & tablet ready

Integrations with the tools you already pay for.

Stripe, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Shopify, Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, your POS — if it has an API, your HAWZ app talks to it. No more copy-paste between tabs.

  • Any tool with a public API
  • Two-way sync, not just import
  • Custom integrations on request

Automations that replace headcount — not add meetings.

Trigger on any event. Orchestrate across systems. Write logic in plain language. The goal: every manual process your team repeats more than twice becomes a button.

  • Visual workflow builder
  • Scheduled & event-driven jobs
  • Full audit log on every run

Founding customer

Our first client is already shipping weekly.

"HAWZ built us a working ERP and website faster than my old vendor could return a phone call — and the best part is it keeps getting better every Friday. Feels less like hiring an agency and more like having a product team inside the company."

FAQ

Everything you'd ask on the first call.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

Agencies ship a project and move on. HAWZ is a subscription — your app keeps getting better every week for as long as you're subscribed. No change orders, no scope fights, no onboarding a new agency every 18 months when your business changes. See our Terms for the full arrangement.

What happens if I cancel?

You get a 14-day window to request a full data export, 30 days of read-only hosting so your team can transition, and 60 days of read-only access to the source code repository. No lock-in. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for exact timelines.

How do weekly updates actually work?

Every Monday you review what shipped Friday and prioritize the next week with your product lead. Small requests can go out mid-week. Bigger pieces ship in a 1–2 week slice.

Do I own the code and the designs?

The bespoke code and designs we build for you — yours on full payment. Your data — always yours. We keep our underlying platform (frameworks, reusable components, infrastructure) and grant you a perpetual licence to use it inside your app. Full IP split is in Terms §6.

How secure is the hosting?

Hosted on SOC 2 Type 2–certified infrastructure (Vercel). HAWZ's own SOC 2 Type 2 audit is on our roadmap — not yet complete. Encryption at rest and in transit, daily backups with 30-day retention, SSO on Growth and above, and a 99.9% uptime target (see our SLA). Dedicated VPC and BYO-cloud on Enterprise.

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

Yes. You can freeze for up to 30 days per year on monthly plans (60 days per year on annual). On monthly, billing pauses during the freeze. On annual (already prepaid), your subscription term extends by the number of frozen days — so you still get the full 12 months of active service you paid for. In both cases the app stays hosted in read-only mode and the minimum term clock pauses. Full rules: Loyalty Program §4.

What's the referral program?

Refer a business that signs with us → you and they each get one free month of subscription, credited on the next invoice. Credit is earned once the new customer completes their minimum term. Details in the Loyalty Program.

Is my price locked once I sign up?

Yes — as long as you stay continuously subscribed under your Order Form, your fees stay at the rate we agreed at sign-up, even if we raise list prices for new customers. See Price lock.

What if I don't know what to build first?

Most of our customers don't. That's what the workflow audit is for — we'll find it. Usually it's hiding in whatever spreadsheet has the most tabs.
